OVERVIEW OF PASSION COACH CERTIFICATION
The Passion Coach Certification trains youth-serving professionals, such as therapists and nonprofit leadership and staff, how to cultivate the intirnsic motivations of youth they work with. When IM is the centerpiece, youth experience more positive thoughts and emotions, deeper connections and belongingness, and explore what excites and gives them confidence about their life, their potential, and their future.
High schoolers say they are intrinsically motivated 23% of the time and extrinsically motivated 77% of time.
